Connoisseur Spanish Farnesio Cavalry Regiment

Close up of the Regimental Colonel and his boys.  Bit of Dulcote in order methinks.

The chaps look like their ready for some action after leaving their billet at the Cantina in the background.

The next unit for the Spanish contingent of my Allied Peninsular force incorporates a brigade of
Spanish Dragoons.

Extremely colourfully attired and mounted on reasonable horses, they failed to truly distinguish themselves over the course of the campaign.

These figures are once again Connoisseur Miniatures available through the Bicorne Miniatures website (link at the bottom of this blog if you are keen!) and are I think, very nice sculpts indeed.

  1. Another lovely Spanish Cavalry unit, Carlo. I don't mind the gloss finish, myself.

    1. Hi Peter - thanks for that. At least the gloss varnish will give them some well needed protection.
      cheers

  3. Thanks John, now all I need to do is get them on the field! Too many distractions at present!

    Cheers
