Grenadiers a Cheval of the Imperial Guard

Front Rank, soon to be Gripping Beast, French Guard Cavalry

Quick post to show what we Old Schoolers call a Heavy Cavalry regiment. Forty figures strong and ready for some mischief!

  1. Impressive Regiment - forty strong heavies always impress.
Are GB buying Front Rank or am I missing something here?
    Best wishes,

    1. I find falling down in front and covering my head with my hands to be somewhat ineffective Greg.

    1. It always looks the part Stokes - a bit better than units of six etc. however each to their own plan in terms of budgets, space and the like. It certainly works for me.

    1. Thanks Chris. No these are Front Rank which I do have a fair amount of actually. I have been thinking recently of having a photo shoot simply to record and note all the units I have in the collection one day. I also have quite a few Connoisseur and Perry Miniatures. I may have a problem with collecting…
