The view behind the Argyraspids as they decide what’s worth fighting for, |
We had a wonderful Saturday playing out this very famous battle in the wars of the Diadochi in “Guidos” wonderful wargaming room. Peter had organised a few of us to get together with our Pike, Persians and Pachyderms for a wonderful refight of Paratakiene.
The game was a cracker with Antigonus getting up before Eumenes (me) could turn the flank and bring pressure onto the main body of pikes.
Lovely eye candy!

DeleteWow! Seriously a massive game. 😀
ReplyDeleteIt was enormous fun Stew. You would love these rules mate and so many of the figures are still singly based like yours but slotted into resin multi figure bases.

DeleteThis is hands down the most dangerous post I've seen this month. Especially when one is waffling about whether to start Antigonids.
