Franco-Prussian Black Powder at the NWS

The Prussian advance towards the woods commences

Just a very quick post today showing off two good friends lovely collection of Wargames Foundry French and Prussians range of figures. Both Steve and Martin are doing a great job with their own little house tweaks and the game is playing very well.

I very much enjoyed commanding two of the Prussian brigades and a victory was the icing on the cake.  Great fun !

    1. Nathan there is never enough time so we all need mates who collect the figures and let us play. Its like they always say, the best boat to use is your mates.

    1. Hi Aly and thanks for visiting. I seem to recall you featuring in some big FPW games in Wargames Illustrated back in the day if my memory serves.

  7. Lovely looking figures and table Carlo. A shame to waste them on 'slack chowder', as the 'Duc de Gobin' refers to them, hahaha!!

    1. Hi James and yes the figures are lovely. I think certainly in Wargames Foundrys top five overall ranges. I've never heard BP called that so its amusing to say the least. Not for everyone however excellent in getting a game completed on a busy Wednesday night thats for sure. You know how much I love General D'Armee for my Napoleonic's.
